My name is John Manders, and I work as an energetic channel, activator, and Soul guide.

Not because I have all the answers, but because I’ve learned to listen — to the subtle, the unseen, the sacred.

My work doesn’t come from method, but from attunement.

I work with light frequencies, soul codes, intuitive guidance, and the body as a sacred portal.
Whatever arises is held. Whatever feels stuck is allowed to move.
Whatever was forgotten — is gently remembered.

My own journey has taken me through layers of pain, disconnection, healing, and expansion.
That’s why I understand how sacred it is to be seen without needing to be fixed.
