Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy (EU-Compliant)
1. Nature of Services & Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
All sessions offered by Center for Quantum Psychology are intangible, personalized services. Under EU consumer law for digital services, the statutory right of withdrawal ("cooling-off period") expires once the session begins or if you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the service before the end of that period.
2. Rescheduling or Cancelling an Appointment
You may reschedule or cancel your session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund unless in cases of force majeure or unforeseen personal circumstances.
3. Refunds for Prepaid Sessions
Prepaid sessions may be fully or partially refunded if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
As an alternative, the prepaid amount may be transferred to a future session or to another individual with your written consent.
4. Withdrawal Waiver upon Booking
By explicitly consenting to the immediate start of the session upon booking (e.g., via checkbox or email confirmation), you acknowledge that the legal right of withdrawal is waived once the session begins.
If the session has already started or been completed, no refund is legally required.
5. Force Majeure
In rare cases (such as illness or emergency on the side of the facilitator), Center for Quantum Psychology reserves the right to reschedule or fully refund the session, without penalty.
6. Transparency & Mutual Respect
These terms are created in accordance with EU consumer information standards, respecting your freedom as a client while honoring the time and energy invested in each session.
